The Villa
Villa Aama is a modern luxury villa overlooking the 3rd Fairway and offers private access to the beach club located adjacent to the Sandy Lane Hotel on the exclusive Sandy Lane Estate on Barbados. On the lower level, you will find a family/media room, formal dining room, kitchen, and staff area/laundry.
The Location
Villa Aama is within easy access to shopping, restaurants, and other amenities on the west coast of the island. This villa is in close proximity to the Sandy Lane Beach Club where guests at Villa Aama will already have a private beach cabana booked.

The Bedrooms
This modern luxury villa has three air-conditioned guest suites positioned on the lower level and situated upstairs are 2 main bedrooms and 2 guest bedrooms with each bedroom having its own en-suite bathroom and private patios which overlook the pool, beautifully landscaped gardens, and golf course respectively.
Outdoors
Whether you want to go for a leisurely swim or dine alfresco, this recently renovated villa the open plan living and dining areas open onto the large pool terrace and the lush gardens beyond.
The Staff
The lovely team of staff consists of a cook and housekeeper. Sit back, relax and let yourself be taken care of.
Sandy Lane Private Estate & Beach Club
The Sandy Lane Estate showcases a wide array of stunning villas and some of the world’s most iconic addresses, set on majestic, private, and secure grounds. Year-round, residents and guests of the Sandy Lane Estate enjoy unlimited access to the exclusive Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club (this is separate from the hotel). The club includes a bar and kitchen, internet access, bathrooms with changing facilities and showers, plus private parking. In addition, the club provides beach facilities, including the use of sun loungers. Refreshments are available on the beach. The nine and 18-hole golf courses, plus a clubhouse and tennis courts at the Sandy Lane Golf course, are available to guests at an extra charge.
