The View’s beauty is enhanced by the gentle soundtrack from the property’s contemporary stone waterfall. This luxurious four-bedroom villa is an architectural tour-de-force – is equal to its setting. There are spacious living areas furnished and decorated in a chic contemporary style with a South American flair. A sleek amenity-laden kitchen includes a wine cave adjacent to a dining area, which opens to an alfresco dining terrace.  A mini-gym with a water vista is on this level.

The Location

Appropriately named “The View”, this villa leverages its prime Colombier hillside location and boasts a panoramic view of neighbouring islands and Gustavia’s picture-postcard harbour – with the bonus of spectacular winter sunsets!

The Bedrooms

The main level includes two (French king) bedrooms; these serene retreats have spacious ensuite bathrooms with double vanity and oversized showers that open onto the terrace. The lower-level cottage comprises a studio, a French king bedroom, a luxurious ensuite bathroom, and a dressing room. In addition, there is a sitting area with a TV, an office, and a private terrace with a Jacuzzi with a sensational view.

The fourth ensuite bedroom has a French king bed,  privately located on the lower level offering the same amenities, including a plasma TV and iPod docking station), a large bath, and a lovely view.

Outdoors

Its expansive outdoor spaces feature a heated infinity pool that appears to spill into the indigo blue ocean.
