This luxury villa is situated on a tropical one-acre lot on the prestigious Sandy Lane Estate in the heart of the West Coast; Serenity boasts generous living areas and seven bedrooms over three levels.

Serenity is furnished to a very high standard throughout and features a collection of fantastic artwork; the bedrooms all include a Plasma TV and DVD player.

You can reach the laundry and staff facilities on the lower level and the three-car garage from the kitchen.

The Location

This luxury villa is just a short drive from the exclusive Sandy Lane Beach Club, where owners and guests of the Estate have access to the beach with loungers and changing facilities. Further amenities, including shopping, dining, and entertainment, are plentiful in Holetown, just a 2-minutes drive to the North.

The Bedrooms

The lavish 1,400 sq. ft. main suite spans the entire first floor of this luxury villa with balconies overlooking the pool deck and the Sandy Lane Estate. Two closets are to one side of the main suite, with the spacious bath fitted with a Jacuzzi tub. The remaining two guest suites are located on the basement level and a home theatre. There are also four guest suites with direct access to the pool deck.

Outdoors

Via the foyer, which greets you with a waterfall feature and large double doors, the villa opens to spacious reception rooms and a formal dining room, which opens out onto the garden and pool terrace complete with bar and BBQ.

The vast outdoor areas of this property are truly stunning, with a large terrace for outdoor dining and an adjacent pool deck. The gardens have been beautifully designed, providing privacy and featuring tropical plants and trees. The grounds are fully enclosed with an electric gate at the entrance.

Sandy Lane Private Estate & Beach Club

The Sandy Lane Estate showcases many stunning luxury villas and some of the world’s most iconic addresses, set on majestic, private, and secure grounds. Year-round, residents and guests of the Sandy Lane Estate enjoy unlimited access to the exclusive Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club (this is separate from the hotel). The club includes a bar and kitchen, internet access, bathrooms with changing facilities and showers, plus private parking. In addition, the club provides beach facilities, including the use of sun loungers. Refreshments are available on the beach. The nine and 18-hole golf courses, plus a clubhouse and tennis courts at the Sandy Lane Golf course, are available to guests at an extra charge.
