Seaduced is a contemporary architect-designed villa located on the 16th fairway within the Royal Westmoreland golf course, famed as one of the best in the Caribbean.
This 5 bed, 5.5 bathroom 6,400 sq ft villa was designed by a young local architect offering a bespoke modern design blended with a Caribbean flair.
You enter this modern property over a gorgeous wooden entrance bridge, and as soon as you step inside, you’re surrounded by a lighted water feature. On the ground floor, there is a vast open plan indoor/outdoor space where then the indoor living spaces lead you onto a spacious covered patio with a wet bar and an alfresco grilling and teppanyaki station at opposite ends of the patio.
The kitchen features appliances built into European counter high cupboards nestled behind a large stone island serving as a full dining bar with a large adjacent pantry.
There is an air-conditioned media room, where you can huddle together for movies or games and an office designed for privacy and quiet with excellent fast broadband throughout the property.

The Bedrooms
All the bedrooms have adjoining terraces and high-end finishes, including built-in wardrobes, complemented with clean and contemporary styled bathrooms. Three of the five bedrooms each have exceptional views of the Caribbean Sea. This 5th bedroom is located on the lower level with easy access and an adjoining patio. Some interesting contemporary art adds additional glamour to these rooms making each one unique. The primary bedroom suite features a unique bathroom tiled with the finest porcelain, featuring high-quality vanity units and a large illuminated digital mirror. The adjoining area accommodates a bathtub and a large rain shower. All of the bathrooms feature full-length bi-fold windows that can be fully opened in each to enjoy the amazing views and showering as close to nature as possible.
Outdoors
The outdoor living area frames the expansive negative-edge 60 ft swimming pool that overlooks the golf course and sea beyond. This pool spans the entire length of the deck; the pool has a “beach end” with sun loungers where you can relax to the sound of gently running water.
This contemporary architect-designed villa features undercover parking for 2 cars, a keypad secure gated entrance, and landscaped floodlit gardens.
The Staff
Staffing is provided via long-serving housekeepers and chef. A butler is also provided with rentals during the Christmas season.
