The property’s location is truly unique, with the Caribbean Sea (and incredible snorkelling) just steps behind the property and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean & other Grenadine islands lying out to the front – truly breathtaking!
Sandrock Villa Bequia has been designed, constructed, and finished to a high degree and the interior and exterior styling are reminiscent of the exclusive villas of Mustique. The main living space has a well-equipped kitchen & BBQ area and ample indoor/outdoor lounging space with comfortable, modern furnishings. The lines are blurred between indoor & outdoor living as the large folding doors open onto the stunning terraces overlooking the beach & ocean.
The Location
Sandrock is the perfect base for guests seeking peace & seclusion. Just a short distance to Port Elizabeth, the restaurants of the Belmont Walkway & the main beaches of Princess Margaret & Lower Bay.
Bequia is an island in the Grenadines, in the south-eastern Caribbean, with no big hotels or golf courses, just secluded beaches and a variety of small bars/restaurants. There are just 5000 friendly inhabitants. Although Bequia is relatively undeveloped, it has a bustling nighttime scene and fantastic bars, cafes and restaurants. The Bedrooms
The villa has four spacious, air-conditioned, & beautifully presented bedrooms, each with an immaculate private bathroom and excellent ocean views. The beds are king-size, and two can be split into twin single beds to accommodate families if required. The bedrooms are split across two separate buildings on each wing of the villa.
Outdoors
There are two stylish pools – the smaller infinity plunge pool on the upper deck and a larger swimming pool on the lower sun deck that measures 40 feet by 20 feet. Both are south-facing and are surrounded by natural wood decking. There are eight loungers to soak up the warm Caribbean sun whilst sipping on a cocktail – pure bliss!
Sandrock Villa Bequia is situated on a safe and calm beach, making it the ideal place for swimming and offering the chance to experience Bequia’s world-class snorkelling (complimentary gear provided). There is even a sandy volleyball court & games area next to the pool & bar!
The Staff
We will arrange a traditional open-style taxi to transfer you directly to the villa for your arrival. Complimentary drinks & nibbles are provided. In addition, the manager can arrange a chef to prepare breakfasts, lunches & dinners at an additional but reasonable cost.

A traditional open style taxi will be arranged to meet you on your arrival on the island and transfer you directly to the villa as well as complimentary drinks & nibbles provided on arrival at the villa.

Tipping: 5-10% is very much appreciated. Our team recommend that tips to the house staff are spread out during the guest’s stay, setting a positive atmosphere at the property reassuring staff that their service is appreciated.
