The Location
This Lower Bay villa is on a clifftop, a position that captures the best possible views over Admiralty Bay, the harbour and the beaches below. Guests can easily walk to the two best beaches on the Island, Lower Bay in 3 mins and Princess Margret, is 8 minutes. There are fabulous restaurants, bars and cafes all within walking distance and a taxi home if you prefer not to walk is inexpensive. The Bedrooms
The three spacious bedrooms have bathrooms designed with contemporary fittings and features whilst retaining a period charm.
Indoors
The abundant dining and relaxation space is perfect for a houseful of guests, friends and family. The elevated position, ceiling fans and air conditioning provide an ambient climate throughout the property enhanced by cool stone tiles in the bathrooms and smooth, polished wooden floors throughout the dining and living areas. The villa has high wooden ceilings and immaculate fittings in natural tones.
Outdoors
The beautiful pool reflects the high standard of finish, echoed throughout the property, grounds, and gardens. The deep tiled, wide verandahs surround the house, where guests can enjoy the dramatic views over the bay.

Housekeeping twice weekly is included in the rate.
