The Villa

The Location
Petit St. Vincent is a Private Island, 40 miles south of St. Vincent in the very heart of the Grenadines, one of the most beautiful stretches of water in the Caribbean.
Petit St. Vincent is home to lush green hills, palm-fringed beaches, and miles of rugged coastline. The 22 Grenadines private island villas are located on the hillside, the beach, and the bluff along the island’s eastern side, which are all just a short walk from the main beaches, two restaurants, and a hillside spa.

The Bedrooms
The 1 bedroom cottages are built from hand-quarried native volcanic stone. The interiors channel the island’s natural beauty, featuring combinations of locally sourced woods with soft Italian linens and pastel hues. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors invite the gentle ocean breeze, while the wooden sun deck is complete with loungers and hammocks, which provide the perfect place to enjoy the stunning panoramic views. The 1-bedroom cottage is furnished with a king bed, is 800 sq. ft / 75 sq. m and sleeps 2-4 people.

The Staff
For every guest on the island, there are two members of staff where they use a flag system to alert staff of your needs, write a note, or fill out a menu form before raising your yellow flag, and our team of butlers that circle the island in Mini Mokes and will deliver whatever you desire directly to your door. Likewise, in those times when you’d like a little more privacy? Then, when the red flag is raised outside your villa, you won’t be disturbed.
