This stunning six-bedroom villa is optimally situated above St. Jean Beach and lays claim to panoramic vistas. Constructed on two levels with soaring ceilings, it’s one of the island’s most exciting vacation homes and parfait for an extended family or a gathering of friends. Neo is air-conditioned throughout, and its spacious first floor encompasses two kitchens (one being a chef’s kitchen), a living room, an adjacent media room that can be closed off, and a disco-style nightclub. Additional special features include a fitness room and a hammam. Parking is ample, and guests have the option of taking an elevator to the first and second floors. There’s a menu of TV services (all bedrooms have TVs), US and French satellite and Apple), Bluetooth stereo, and the latest technology, including a Home Assistant to control devices via an iPad.
The Location
Villa Neo’s proximity to St. Jean’s village, full of restaurants, boutiques, and a famous beach, is a bonus.
The Bedrooms
Two bedrooms (one a master suite) are on opposite ends of the living area and have direct access to the deck. A third bedroom, located in the back, has a garden view. A dramatic glass staircase leads to the upper level, with an additional master suite and two connecting guest bedrooms, all with ocean views and terraces. All six bedrooms have beautifully appointed en suite baths; the masters have elegant soaking tubs and oversized dressing rooms.
Outdoors
An expansive main-level deck offers a wealth of comfortably furnished outdoor living space, an outdoor movie screen, and one of the island’s largest pools, measuring 108 ft; the pool is heated and enhanced by an overflowing Jacuzzi.
The Staff
Services include a morning delivery of French pastries and an evening turndown service seven days per week.
