The Villa
Villa Madison is a ridge-front property with 4 en-suite bedrooms including a private master suite that commands the entire top floor of this outstanding home. Double ornate electric gates open up onto a circular driveway with a double garage and plenty of guest parking. The port cochere entrance leads you via double doors into the inviting foyer area and as you enter this private villa you immediately appreciate the sea view which is perfectly framed via the archway entrance to the living room and covered terrace beyond. Adjacent to the comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV is a formal dining area and separate kitchen and laundry areas.

The Bedrooms
The ground floor includes 3 en-suite bedrooms with their own private balconies, 2 of which overlook the sun deck and swimming pool and all 3 bedrooms include sea views. A double staircase takes you to the Master Suite on the upper level that incorporates a spacious bedroom, sitting room, ensuite bathroom and a large private furnished terrace boasting one of the best views on Sandy Lane Estate.
Outdoors
From the covered terrace and sun terrace with informal dining, social seating and luxury sun loungers one can truly appreciate the unique position of this amazing rental villa which overlooks the Sandy Lane Golf Course and out to sea over a canopy of trees beyond the golf course below. The 1.6-acre plot is extremely private with the Old Nine golf course on three sides access to which can be made directly from the west garden. Guests have access to the famous Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club which provides food and beverage options and complimentary use of its sun loungers/umbrellas. Golf and tennis are also available by request.

The Sandy Lane Estate showcases a wide array of stunning villas and some of the world’s most iconic addresses, set in majestic, private, and secure grounds. Year-round, residents and guests of the Sandy Lane Estate enjoy unlimited access to the exclusive Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club (this is separate from the hotel). The club includes a bar and kitchen, internet access, bathrooms with changing facilities and showers, plus private parking. In addition, the club provides beach facilities, including the use of sun loungers. Refreshments are available on the beach. The 9 and 18 hole golf courses, plus a clubhouse and tennis courts at the Sandy Lane Golf course, are available to guests at an extra charge.
