Lime Tree House is situated in one of the most prestigious golfing communities – Royal Westmoreland, Barbados. A sparkling pool beckons, professional staff are on hand, and everything you need is at your fingertips. In its entirety, the villa has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and one powder room.
Remote work or staying in touch is easy with super fast WI-FI. A flat-screen tv is perfect for movie nights with calming views of the pool.

The Location

Escape with the entire family to enjoy the amenities at no additional cost, such as guests’ access to the Beach Club at Mullins (including fresh beach towels each day), access to the Gym, Jacuzzi and the large Communal Swimming Pool at Royal Westmoreland. The Bedrooms

The ground level comprises a powder room, one bedroom, a kitchen and living areas. The bedroom on this level is perfect for anyone with mobility challenges. Roomy, airy and bright, the bedroom is air-conditioned, has ample storage and easy access to the main living areas.

On the upper level, two expansive bedrooms command impressive spaces. Both are private and have unique features. The light and bright decor theme has been continued in both rooms. Bedroom two has an en suite bathroom with a unique open-air design. A rain shower, privacy glass and the views give the feel of showering in nature.

The main suite is a slice of luxury tucked away in air-conditioned bliss! An air-conditioned en suite bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub large enough for two. The shower is generously sized and holds a bench and two shower stations.

Outdoors

Upon arrival at this gorgeous vacation villa, lush greenery and palm trees enhance the feel of your Caribbean holiday. There is parking available for three vehicles and adequate security lighting outdoors. Swaying palms, gentle breezes and the world-famous golf course are the themes of this community. Golf at Royal Westmoreland

Royal Westmoreland welcomes visiting golfers to enjoy the Robert Trent Jones Jnr designed course. Tee times for visitors are available between 10 am – 11 am daily, and the green fee includes a golf cart. Tee times book up fast, so make your reservations up to 7 days in advance.
