Klairan is set on over an acre and a half of lush tropical gardens in the heart of the exclusive Sandy Lane Estate offering luxury island living. The spacious living room opens onto the broad pool patio, overlooking the third fairway of the Sandy Lane Golf Course and panoramic views over the Caribbean Sea. Dining can be informal in the pool gazebo or more formal in the elegant dining room which opens onto the pool deck.
The Location
Klairan also enjoys the use of the Sandy Lane Beach Facilities (which include beach lounges, umbrellas, snack bar, washrooms & showers) on the exclusive Sandy Lane Beach.

There is a choice of 4 air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms, 3 of which overlook the pool (the pool is equipped with a pool protection gate).
About Sandy Lane Estate
The Sandy Lane Estate showcases a wide array of stunning villas and some of the world’s most iconic addresses, set in majestic, private, and secure grounds. Year-round, residents and guests of the Sandy Lane Estate enjoy unlimited access to the exclusive Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club (this is separate from the hotel). The club includes a bar and kitchen, internet access, bathrooms with changing facilities and showers, plus private parking. In addition, the club provides beach facilities, including the use of sun loungers. Refreshments are available on the beach. The nine and 18-hole golf courses, plus a clubhouse and tennis courts at the Sandy Lane Golf course, are available to guests at an extra charge.
