Half-Century House is a luxury villa located on the Sugar Hill Resort Community, with breathtaking views over the Caribbean Sea. The interior has been decorated in tasteful neutral tones in key with the cool coral stone finishes creating an air of simple refinement with a Caribbean twist. The ground floor comprises a modern, well-equipped kitchen, powder room, and a sunken living room opening out to a vast covered terrace that flows onto the pool deck, balustraded coral stone steps lead down into the beautifully maintained lush tropical garden
The Location
Half-Century House is ideally positioned within a minute’s walk of the clubhouse. In addition, guests will enjoy access to the resort’s wide range of on-site amenities, which also include floodlit tennis courts, a communal pool, fitness facility, and 24-hour security.
Guests at Half-Century House have access to the Royal Westmoreland world-class championship Golf course which is a few minutes’ drives away (Green fees apply).
The Bedrooms
On the ground floor, the porte-cochère ushers you into an inviting foyer where an elegant staircase ascends to the first floor to the 3 spacious bedroom suites. The vast primary suite opens onto a private romantic terrace furnished with double lounges where guests can enjoy a private moment whilst enjoying magnificent views over the pool and gardens to the sea beyond, sunsets from this position are not to be missed. For guests or older children who prefer to have their own private space, the self-contained cottage has 2 double bedrooms located just off the pool deck, and at the garden, the level is the 3rd ensuite bedroom providing comfortable accommodation for guests.
Outdoors
To the left of the pool is an elevated dining gazebo seating 12 which enjoys panoramic views over to the sea, the gazebo has traditional wooden shutters to maintain a comfortable temperature during meal times, and in early evenings you’ll view the sun setting over the sea.
