This beautiful property boasts some of the best views in the entire Southern Caribbean. Relax on the expansive shady deck and take in the fabulous, panoramic vista, stretching right the way over the entirety of Admiralty Bay across to the famous white-sand beaches and along to the tip of West Cay. The sunsets from the villa are magical, so sip on your cocktail in the private infinity pool – you have found a sacred spot!

The Bedrooms

The Master bedroom has a super king bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a truly unique “rain” style shower. From here, take 2 or 3 steps up to a private tropical garden area. Guests can open the master suite to the deck and pool area via wooden louvred or glass sliding doors.

On the lower level, there are two guest bedrooms, both with Queen sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms contains a convenient kitchenette with a fridge, microwave toaster, kettle, etc. Both bedrooms open directly to a patio and a large, lawned garden area. A lovely serene reading/chill-out area is located under the stairs, allowing for a quiet space, and leads out to a small walled courtyard garden area.

Outdoors

Guests enter the property into the expansive open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area, which stretch out onto the spacious covered deck terrace overlooking the yachts anchored below in Admiralty Bay. Laze on the double day bed, sun loungers, or the swing chair to take in those incredible views.

Good To Know

This villa it is recommended for adults and children over the age of 10 and older to avoid any accidents due to some of the drop-offs on the property.
