Crows Nest at Coral Cove is a 3,400 square foot Barbados beachfront penthouse. This luxury Barbados villa commands the southern corner of the outstanding development, Coral Cove on Paynes Bay. The building has automatic electric gates manned 24hr security cameras, assigned covered parking, and beach security access. Each morning the beach is prepared for guests in-house where comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas await.

The Condo

The apartment is beautifully furnished with marble floors and coral rendered feature walls that blend with the modern finish and layout. Full-width terrace doors open onto a wrap-around terrace boasting unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea. Guests can also enjoy views over Paynes Bay by day and spectacular evening sunsets. The kitchen offers a modern cutting edge design which is very much in demand in today’s market.

Location

This holiday condo is located close to Fitts Village on the West Coast of Barbados. The delights of Holetown with the best shopping in Barbados is 15 mins drive,  and the historic Speightstown is a 20 min drive. Fitts Village is a district on the west coast of Barbados in the parish of St James. Originally a fishing village, the tradition continues amongst the locals and extends toward its neighbouring Paynes Bay Fishing Market. The location has several reefs, clear blue water, and white sandy beaches, perfect for snorkelling.

Occasionally you will spot a turtle surfacing for a breath of air. This location is a favourite release spot for sea turtle hatchlings rescued by the Barbados Sea Turtle Project. Fitts is typically a quiet beach and is ideal for relaxing with a good book under the shade. At Fitts Village, you’ll find the beachfront Italian restaurant Il Tempio, where you’ll enjoy homemade pasta in a romantic seaside setting. The small but convenient Jordan Complex is opposite the beach, complete with a doctor’s office, pharmacy and supermarket.

The Bedrooms

The 3 spacious bedrooms are well-appointed with walk-in wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms, and air conditioning. In addition, the primary bedroom has its own private sea-facing terrace from which you can enjoy views of the crisp morning horizon.

The Staff

A housekeeper/cook works 6 days a week, breakfast and light lunches and prepared daily.
