Beachfront Rental – Bluff House

There is a grand coral stone hallway within the villa that leads onto luxurious areas that are ideal for socializing and relaxing. Additionally, a stylish entertaining space has been recently created amongst lush tropical plants at the centre of the house. This area flows directly onto the pool deck, with glorious views through the palms to the sea beyond.

The elegantly decorated sitting room is a great place to unwind. It’s well equipped with a TV sound system. Adjoining the sitting room is a formal indoor dining area, with a gorgeous coral stone dining table at the centre. The room opens onto a covered verandah with glorious views of the grounds as a backdrop for more casual dining.

The Location

Direct access to the glorious Sandy Lane beachfront, is easily obtained through the property’s own private path, and sun loungers are provided on the beach for guests’ comfort. Guests will find many sources of entertainment close at hand including Sandy Lane’s legendary 18-hole course represents the perfect challenge for golfers.

The Bedrooms

Six double air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms provide abundant accommodation for guests. The villa’s magnificent primary bedroom suite has a king bed and opens onto a broad terrace, with views of the garden and the sea beyond. A second primary suite with a king bed is on the first floor. There are three bedrooms with twin beds that convert to make a king bed.  The sixth bedroom is a king bed, all the downstairs bedrooms open directly onto the grounds.

Bluff house has a two-bedroom cottage that can be rented along with the villa creating an 8 bedroom villa that sleeps 16. One bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has twin beds that can convert to a king bed.

Outdoors

No detail has been overlooked for guests’ comfort, from the gated intercom entrance at the foot of the property’s sweeping driveway, which ensures security and privacy, to the built-in sound system that provides music in all living spaces. There are sea views and a beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers and a sun terrace.

The Staff 

Bluff house is fully staffed, complete with a butler, housekeepers, launderer, cook and night security.

Sandy Lane Private Estate & Beach Club

The Sandy Lane Estate showcases a wide array of stunning villas and some of the world’s most iconic addresses, set in majestic, private and secure grounds. Year-round, residents and guests of the Sandy Lane Estate enjoy unlimited access to the exclusive Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club (this is separate from the hotel). The club includes a bar and kitchen, internet access, bathrooms with changing facilities and showers, plus private parking. In addition, the club provides beach facilities, including the use of sun loungers. Refreshments are available on the beach. The 9 and 18 hole golf courses, plus a clubhouse and tennis courts at the Sandy Lane Golf course, are available to guests at an extra charge.
